Step 1
We conduct a diagnostic review, that is our initial inspection of your existing bookkeeping to identify red flags, get a better understanding of the scope of your project, look for opportunities for improvement, and outline a plan of action to get your bookkeeping cleaned up, caught up, and kept up. This is the first step in any catch-up, clean or ongoing bookkeeping services.
Step 2
Each month you will send as a CSV file with the financial transactions, or we can collect your bank statements using automated software.
Step 3
We do your bookkeeping in QuickBooks, accurately recording your transactions, then sending you financial reports that are easy to understand. You will have clean, tax-ready financials.

Vitaly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. He has 10+ years of experience in the accounting field. Holds an active certificate of QuickBooks Certified Pro Advisor.
Vitaly lives with his wife, their two children, and a cute [yorkie] Toby. In his spare time, Vitaly adores playing with his little son and enjoys historical documentary reading, neighborhood walks, and hiking.
